My name is Jagannath Das, and I'm a transformation coach. My journey began 19 years ago during a challenging period of my life. It was then that I discovered the profound power of yoga to heal and guide. Through the practices of yoga, Transactional Analysis, and self-inquiry, I emerged from a dark night of the soul – a time marked by loneliness, depression, and a sense of purposelessness – and found my way to inner peace and self-awareness. This transformative experience ignited a passion within me to share these tools with others.

My path has not always been easy. I've known the depths of despair and the struggle to find meaning. But through it all, yoga was my constant companion, leading me towards my real self and God. It was through yoga that I met my Guru, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, who further illuminated my path. After years of study and self-discovery, including months spent in the desert with my faithful dog and time living in an ashram, my purpose crystallized.

Today, I dedicate my life to helping others navigate their own journeys of transformation. I offer guidance through yoga, coaching, Vedic astrology, drawing upon my own experiences and the wisdom of ancient traditions.

My story

It requires courage, commitment, and often, a helping hand to guide you through the challenging terrain. My approach is unique in that it blends the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy with modern coaching techniques and
